He also has active relationships with reputed insurance and reinsurance markets across the globe.

Prior to taking up an independent advisory & consulting role, he last held the position of Chief Underwriting Officer, HDFC Chubb General Insurance and earlier Head of the Property & Energy practice, Qatar Insurance Company, Doha, after starting his career as a management trainee with New India Assurance in Mumbai. He has a Master's degree in Business from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, one of India's premier business schools and insurance diplomas from Insurance Institute of India and the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK

A business professional with over 18 years experience in the insurance and financial services space, Jayshree has also actively devoted the last few years of her time fully to volunteer with a leading NGO, Vidya in Mumbai, helping children from less-privileged sections of society access quality education.

Earlier, Jayshree was also working with a leading financial services group in Doha, Qatar, marketing varied financial services products and services. Jayshree has a master’s degree in Statistics apart from a Fellowship diploma from the Insurance Institute of India, and started her career as a management trainee with General Insurance Corporation of India, later moving to an active developmental & operational role with New India Assurance
